It’s about boosting immunity, reducing burnout, and finding a sense of calm amidst the chaos. For a business woman juggling work, family, and personal commitments, a sustainable wellness routine is essential—not just to get through the day, but to thrive and truly live a balanced lifestyle.

No two women are the same, and neither are our wellness needs. So, to build and achieve a sustainable wellness routine, we need to first start by evaluating our current habits.

Start by taking a close look at your daily routine. This step is crucial for finding opportunities to incorporate self-care without overwhelming yourself. 

Look for small pockets of time throughout your day that could be repurposed for self-care. 

For example, you might find time during lunch breaks, early mornings, after your kids go to bed, or even during your commute.

I personally kept a note on my phone where I documented the free moments I had or could create throughout the day to carve out pockets of time for myself.

For some, self-care might mean a quick 10-minute meditation session; for others, it could involve reading a book, taking a walk, practicing a hobby, or listening to a podcast episode.

To create a personalized self-care routine, list out activities that bring you joy and relaxation. Prioritize these activities based on their feasibility and impact on your overall happiness.

It’s easy to get overwhelmed if you try to overhaul your wellness routine overnight. Begin with small, manageable changes.
